New Orleans, day one

Chase had many "firsts" today. 
First time in Louisiana (and New Orleans).
Saw his first movie/tv show being made
Saw his first bicyclist who has been hit by a car (lol)
Saw his first man peeing on a pole in the middle of the sidewalk (poor child)
Was offered his first lap dance (oh dear)
Met his first horsie (half horsie, half donkey)
Had his first Shrimp Po-boy (well, the bread from it anyway)
And his first trip to Cafe Du Monde!

Packing for the birthday trip

Well, this day last year we moved into the hospital and started the inducing process.  And in 2 days our little baby will be a little toddler.  Time really does fly by.  We packed today for Chase's birthday trip to New Orleans.  Chase contributed by unpacking the cool things and loving on Dublin, just in case he felt left out that he has to stay behind. :)

Chase had his first dentist visit on the 24th.  They cleaned his teeth, checked them out, and he got new toothbrushes, which totally made his day.  He loves playing with the strangest things!
